  Well, Rite Aid in St. Albans just sucks. Used to be quick and efficient. Now for the second time in only four days I have left there MAD because they had more than enough time to have my prescription ready but because it was sent from the doctor's office it went behind the ones of the people that walked in with their prescription in their hand. Both times they told me my prescription was "right there" and then they waited on all the people behind me in line. The previous time I had to walk up and ask if my prescription was ready yet. Tonight it was my turn at 4:33. Guess what? My prescription was "right there". I asked the long time clerk to please not make me wait like I had while they waited on the line of people behind me which was NINE people. They did make me wait and not just on those nine. But three more that walked up. When a fourth walked up, I walked OUT. That is NOT the way to keep long time customers.
