- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would not use this company. I called for a quote. Mr. Poole wanted me to come to the office. When I declined to come in for just a quote I never heard back from him. He didn't communicate with me again to let me know he wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I called his office after several days and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would get back to me. After 2 days I sent Mr.Poole a test message on his personal phone which we had been using to communicate with. He informed me I had canceled our meeting and he was on vacation. So apparently if he's on vacation there is nobody in his office to take over.June 27, 2017by connie breck
